Return & Refund Policy
At Daruma Matcha, we take pride in the quality and freshness of our products. As we handle edible items, we kindly ask for your understanding regarding our return policy.
Perishable Items
Due to the nature of matcha powder and food safety standards, we do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as personal taste preferences or change of mind.
However, if your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at daruma.matcha@gmail.com with photos of the issue. We will assess the situation and offer a replacement or refund if appropriate.
Exceptions
We are unable to accept returns or offer refunds in the following cases:

Orders reported after 7 days of delivery

European Union 14-Day Right of Withdrawal
If your order is shipped to an address in the EU, you may cancel or return your purchase within 14 days under the cooling-off period, provided the item is unopened, unused, and in original packaging.
Refunds (if applicable)
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original payment method.
Please note that refund processing may take up to 10 business days, depending on your payment provider.
